Just wanted to get some input from people on their thoughts about this subject.....I'm sure it's been discussed before.

i don't think it's a good idea , don't mix personal life with professional one , that's a general rule

AWFUL decision!! If it works out...you'll be seeing this person ALL OF THE TIME... If it doesn't work out..you'll be seeing this person ALL OF THE TIME!

It's convenient for one thing. Because it means you can get some during breaks. It would also make getting up and going to work less excruciating.

I've found it to be quite convenient. You hear of singers dating their road manager, or guitarist, etc, so convenience matters. So does time frame.

I did date someone where I work a few years ago and it didn't last between us. He's no longer there but we're still friends. I think personally it would be fine to date and hang out as friends with a co worker but nothing serious.

Wherever you find love don't turn it down in my opinion and I would certainly date a work colleague. I guess it could be difficult if it was your boss, not sure if I would be too happy in that situation, but if you are attracted to someone does it really matter. I have seen a few people who met at work eventually marry and are very happy, sadly I have seen relationships start at work that should not have done because they were married already and they never ended well. I guess it is how you feel, if you would not be comfortable with dating a co worker perhaps it's best not to.

I'm a landlord I'd have to say no on this one.
