If you must be a taxpayer, then at least claim the max exemptions, put the saved money in a savings account and at the end of the year pay what you owe and have an instant refund that can't be seized without a lien. And if you know what you are doing by learning a little law, not even then. |

Nope. You must volunteer to be a taxpayer. Once you volunteer, you are subject to Title 26 code. Title 26 is one of the largest of the codes in Administrative law. If you are subject to it, somewhere in there you violated something, that is the way it is devised. But to boil Title 26 down to a simple statement: You're ours and we will do what we want when we want. And if you don't like it you can protest in our court. |

The problem is not the government, the government is but a reflection of the people. The founders gave this country one of the most pure governments ever established and ordained by man. But man being the lazy creature it is, has neglected it's duties to remain a free man. They have consistently let perceived security deprive them of the very freedom that guarantees security. And as time has advanced, the situation has gotten worse, now all the way to the end game. Yes, the end game is upon us and it will not be pretty. But there is still time, though little of it, to determine which way the end game will be played. First, man can continue to whine and cry in which case it will end in tyranny with much pain and suffering. Some predictions are saying a loss of over 300 million lives in the US alone, but we will not be alone, Europe, Canada, and South America will go with us along with a huge parts of Africa. But the other option is for the people to wake up and be more like France after the French Revolution or at least like Iceland. Bundy in Nevada is a start, the people must now completely carry through. The government is but a piece of paper, the people within government must be held responsible, you can't punish a piece of paper, it does not feel the match. But while the second option will likewise be painful, at least there is a chance to rebuild. To make this country what it was meant to be and screw trying to prop up the rest of the world, they need to look after themselves. |
