In the CHAT box, the HANDLE of the person is at the top left side. U can click on it to read their profile, before u start chatting. If u want their name, u need to ask them.

I don't quite understand, there's about ten ppl trying to chat to me at once so I thought it was a normal chat.
The instant msg doesn't come up on the person I want to talk to but I know he wants to talk to me.... |

And in the chat box at bottom right it just says that its no one available for chats
