BBQ? Broil? Flambe'? Boil? Braze? Baste? Fricasse? Deep fry? Poach? Sous vide? If all else fails, I'll just char the hell outta it and slather on the Pic-a-peppah sauce.

GRRR.. Ice pack isnt helping... Stupid Metallica guitar riffs, jumping jacks, boxing jabs, weights and ab work... Alternate heat/ice for 20 minutes each. Keep doing it until pain/swelling diminishes. Protect bare skin with a face towel or other cloth. Inflammax is a great herbal that reduces inflammation. If you like gels, I recommend Bio-Freeze. Feel better. |
