Of what I've seen of Korean cinema, I've liked:

A Tale Of Two Sisters
I Saw The Devil
The Uninvited
The Ring Virus (adapted from the same novel as Japan's Ringu.)
The Host
Oldboy
Lady Vengeance

I've seen and loved a lot of Korean and Japanese dramas and movies, even some Taiwanese. I love Lee Min Ho, and some of the dramas he's been in like City Hunter, Boys Before Flowers, Personal Preference and Faith. I also love Jang Geun Suk, particularly in You're Beautiful, Mary Stayed out all Night and You're my Pet.

I've seen a lot of the ones you mentioned, and loved most of them. I'll have to check out the others :D

I'd recommend Vampire Prosecutor (it's a fantastic crime drama series) or Shut up Flower Boy Band (a great sort of rock band melodrama).

Boys over flowers, City hunter, The great Queen Seondeok ( oh Bidam) , Arang and the Magistrate, Faith, Chuno (or slave hunter) God there are too many to name. Big fan of Lee-ho-min and Kim-nam-gil. Love their acting . Brings a smile to my face.

I am going to second Old Boy and I Saw the Devil.

Added List
My Sassy Girl (true story)
A Bittersweet Life
Quick (comedy but not for everyone)
Attack at the Gas Station

These are the ones I remember. My wife is from Korea so I have seen quite a few.

Apparently the Devil takes a different form when in South Korea.

Tae Guk Gi...such a sad movie. The end always gets me.
And I totally drool over Jang Dong Gun...*sigh*
OldBoy is disturbing but good.
I'm going to add Kundo to my list as well as War of Arrows.
I enjoy the action movies.
