Hello Everyone! I wanted to know if it was possible for a mingle2 profile to be created automatically when you signed up on a sister site. I was told by my bf that this occurred with him.I found his profile because I typed in his user name on google search ...yes I did that...his profile also stated that it had been seen within the month...does this mean he was on or that his profile was viewed? I want to know all of this so I can ask him again ...he has denied any wrongdoing.

yes... mingle2 profile can be created by sister sites like adultfriendfinder.com

if it says seen within last month, then surely he has atleast logged in within the last month..
but logging in doesn't mean any wrong doing though :)

If youre dating someone why would you join a dating site unless you are doing something wrong. ..I joined to try and find contact info for this site...couldn't find any so I posted my question here.

Profiles created here were created here not from another site.. If the profile says last seen in the last month it means they have logged in within the last month that does not mean it was viewed within the last month but they actually signed into the site.

If it says last seen over a month then it has been at least a month or more since they signed in. It could have been 4 months for it only goes to a month or more..

Ruth at this time I'm checking with Admin to make sure my assumptions are correct. So if you will bare with me one of the Admin should let me know if I'm correct or not..

But now there is always a possibility that someone captured his info such as a scammer and created the profile it does happen more then most do realize it...

He said his profile was created automatically from a sister site...he had the password for the profile so I'm thinking it was his and it was not a scammer..I just want to know the truth. Thank you for your help.

So ... The mod would really exchange someone's personal business with a random person not affiliated with the profile? Or get in the middle of what is obliviously a domestic dispute?

Interesting...

It's a general question about profiles.

There is no personal business being exchanged she asked if someone signed up on a sister site if in fact it would create a profile on this site. That is the only question that will be answered.

We do not share members info with anyone...

Hi everyone please let me clear up this question.

1. The ONLY place a mingle2.com profile can be created is from Mingle2.com. Not possible elsewhere.

2. When you sign up, we could possibly ask if you would like to automatically sign up for one of our partner sites for free. This include partners like meetlocals.com, benaughty.com. The only way you can automatically sign up for one of our partner sites is if you said "YES" and click on the "YES" button when we ask you. (It's a page with a yea or no button or you can ignore and skip). If you say no or ignore that page, you will NEVER be automatically signed up anywhere else from us.

Thank you Jean for clearing this up for us... I did not want to give false information since I had never had this question come up.

I assumed the only way you could have a profile on Mingle2 is if you signed up here.

Again thank you for clarifying this question.

But remember if the profile says last seen over a month it could have been anywhere from a month to even years since they signed in. And they could have possible forgot to deactivate the account..therefore it is still here. We do not deactivate or delete accounts..

Hi everyone

I am new to this and would like to ask a simple question.

Is it possible to change your profile name after you have created your account?

Would really appreciate some help here.

Thanks!

Can I change my user name?
Once an account has been created, it is not possible to change
its user name. So, in order to get a new user name, you will have
to register again. Since we only allow one Mingle2 account per
email address, you'll have to use another email address to create
the new account. For those who do go this route and register again,
be sure to deactivate your older account.
