absolutely it can. What does the sex have anything to do with the relationship there of in this context? Sex is for sharing the joy and love from the experiences made in the relationship. If there's no love, then there would be inevitably be no sex because there would be nothing to share. And would have to wait the time till the relationship has matured into that.

Ill agree with you,Mr.Cowboy,

I have found that it is even impossible for me to have a relationship with my own hands, for they to want to have sex with me and can't keep it platonic...

Do I give an honest answer and be ridiculed for it, or give a bullspit answer and not care.

Some people may be able to have a healthy relationship without sex. Given that both of the people in the relationship have an understanding about how they both feel about each other and why there wouldn't be sex.

To me, that is what I consider a friendship, not a relationship. I personally wouldn't be able to continue a relationship without sex at some point.

You know...there are some species where the male and female have sex and then one of them eats the other. I'm just saying....sometimes sex can be life threatening.

But why is the sex so important it would end the relationship if it did not happen? Is that the most worthy part of the relationship? The meaning of the relationship thereof? If no to any of those two questions, then why would it then end the relationship if there was no sexual relationship? Is that all your wanting in or out of a woman?

For starters just learn to agree to disagree. Obviously I don't have your pious way of thinking.

Sexual compatibality is an important thing to me in a relationship. No, it's not the only thing I look for in a relationship, I look for mostly what everyone else looks for. I also just avoid people that wouldn't be compatible for me. I can usually tell within the 1st or 2nd conversations with anybody.

Plus I said what works for me, not for anyone else.frustrated

lol was just curious my friend, that's all. Nothing bad or anything. Just don't understand, not just with you, but the incredible need for sex this world has gotten into and was curious. Just making discussion, that's all.

If sex was discontinued after the relationship was established, then yes.

In trying to develop a romantic relationship and intimate bonding, then no.

Sex does not only mean intercourse. It is every intament touch. From birth humans bond through touch. So yes that touch is very important. It is not the only requirement but it is in the top 5. Now for straight up intercourse I still say it is important for there is no greater feeling and both parties a temporarily completely exposed and a feeling of unity erases your mind of everything but you and your partner. You can start and build a relationship without sex but to solidify and maintain the relationship sex IS needed

There are several general human biological needs; food, water, air, temperature regulation and sex.
Contrary to popular belief, sex is a biological need. Sex is responsible for the process of procreation, the generation of offspring. Without it, the human race would cease to exist, but sex is also used for pleasure and to increase intimacy and love between partners in a relationship. There are abnormal ways used for pleasure but without relation to love. Prostitute lives and thrives in the sex-for-money business. Some do **** sex, animal sex, toy sex and masturbation, self-abuse, to induce sexual satisfaction.

Can you have a healthy relationship with it??(sex) I guess that would depend on what both people are looking for in one to start.

I believe I could have. Of course my priority is love someone and being loved. But then sex is unavoidable if the two you agreed to have sex.

**** doesn't really count as sex right? I mean, it doesn't compromise the virginity for your average 28ish year old right?

Keep it in the rear, hold hands and cuddle in public, pretend that if your partner never drops there underpants, it will be perfectly ok and you can still have happy endings!
