Basically it is the same story as it is for single Moms. some see kids as a hindrance and a cause for jealousy while the rest see it as a sign of maturity and responsibility. Personally I think its wonderful. good luck to you.

@OP. Stay happy go lucky. Most girls I know would be more attracted to a happy guy than a grumpy guy no matter what age they are.

I am a non violent person. I HATE fighting and will do all that I can to prevent violence. But I value my family and if left no other option I will fight to protect them. OP asks what I would do. Here is what I did... 4 am my phone rang. I ignored the call but had full bladder. So I left comfy bed. I hear scratching noise. See mans shadow in back door window. I stay quiet and keep all lights off. I call cops. I quietly put heavy objects behind door to help prevent entry. I grabbed nearest weapon for last defence. And I wait. Cops came he was arrested non-violently. Turned out to be my son's dad whom I had broken up with 2 weeks prior. He was wearing gloves and had a foot long kitchen knife. Moral if the story is play it smart and calm. Try non violent solution first but do not be afraid to protect yourself and those you love.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Its not just to see if they are physically appealing ( at least it isn't for me) it can tell you a bit about the person. But I will talk to a faceless person if they have a good detailed prof

Its not easy for a single parent of either gender but there are tons of women who either don't mind or even prefer dads. I'm going to be honest. One of your biggest problems is your profile pic. I don't care about looks but I still judge by picture. Example: guy wearing 5 x too big clothes. With beer in one hand and throwing a gang sign with the other would get an auto reject. My point is you look soooo grumpy an no fun so I would pass you by and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Plus I'll pass you a tip I was given. Don't put so much of your kids on your profile. Just state a quick mention and save the details till later. Concentrate on you first.

No one ever told me and my friends we couldn't. My friends move first all the time. I don't cause I'm super shy but it has nothing to do with my gender.

I have seen so many happy couples go sour after tying the knot. I'm afraid of that happening to me so I adopted the "its just a piece of paper" saying. Marriage is a promise and I hate promise breaking.

To get to the other side

I think many on here have a shyness. Personally that's why I'm here. I'm too shy when it comes to face to face but on here I can be brave.

I am because for the last 2 yrs I wasn't ready. Now its because 1. I'm shy 2. I rarely leave my kids 3 because I refuse to hook up with any guys like my exs.
