She'd
wait for me as I seized up
while she drove across
the street to get me a beer.

She'd bring me
vodka
on the night my father died,
because I cried too hard
that I'd be able to pick her up.

She changed the locks on me.
She told me she would call the cops
on me if I didn't leave.

She lit my things on fire,
with the entitled gift of really
thinking I'd ever get them back.

She stabbed herself with a needle,
thinking that she was poisoning me.
My efforts were fruitless.

I stood at a payphone crying myself dead
because I knew it was over.

But she
lost so much
regained so much death
and retained with a brilliance
the absence of absinthe.

The world's too bitter as it is.

She used to think of me,
and now she doesn't.
She used to love me.

And my sky is a broken
stain-glass window
from which I see
the light of day, in a thousand shades.
And I don't want you back,
but I really wanted to stay.

Really wanted to hold you..
But if seen,,
It would only scar you.
You've lost that feel,
You've lost that sensation.
Lost in temptation.
Vexed beyond heal.
But at last,,
Learned to live..
To look through the snag.
Broken pieces are formed.
Creating a paradigm.
Shades reflecting colors.
Thousand pieces shining,inspiring vision.
But in the midst,,
Never understood why..
Heard a shriek.
from inside '' but I really wanted to stay."
:-);-)

If anybody want to continue from my last line you are welcome..
