Venting, and lots of rest.

Avoid the 'triggers' that set it off.
Avoid becoming over tired.
Learn to just say F it, now and then. Or more often if necessary.
Be half crazy all the time, instead of fully crazy some of the time.
Accept past events as just that....past, finished, over, kapput.

There are Herbal remedies you can try, and special teas. Go to a Asian grosery and ask them about herbal teas, and surround yourself with friends and family,if that doesn't work Medication will help. speaking from experience. look for teas that help depression.:smile:

Good point.
Also, medicating with alcohol or drugs (pot, shrooms, narcotics, amphetamines etc.)
does not work.

The only place close to an herbal store here is a GNC at the mall.

I think they have some decent products.
A combo of valerian root, skullcap, passion flower, and lemon balm,
can really help with those nasty night sweats.

i like herbal teas, and some other traditional herbal drinks. drinker. i drink herbal drink or jamu that we call it in here, especially during the montly thingie to ease some pain.

People with PTSD need a lot of support from friends and family.
