Hi, I've got (1 new) mail showing but can't find it anywhere. The sender still has an active account and according to my updates its a reply from an earlier mail that I sent the above person. I can't find it let alone read it. I noticed someone else had reported this problem but all it says was to check if senders profile is de-activated. Any ideas?

Why can I not retrieve messages?
What occurs to me is: (1) They deactivated sometime before you could retrieve the message. (You could quick-check this scenario by clicking on the username you saw accompany the 'recent activity' view alert to see if this is so.) (2) The message did not pass the filters (language.)
