Topic: 1 New Mail, but NO Mail in Mailbox

I was tired of seeing "(1 new)" next to the Mail link so I deleted all of the emails in my inbox. Unfortunately, it did not correct the problem. The inbox is empty and I still supposedly have one new email that is unread.

I think you will need to input the correct email address to get the verification code, and then request the code to be sent again.

That worked for me previously.

For anyone who cannot send/receive email due to the verification code:

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :

This has been fixed, so those affected may want to check the Mail counter now.

Had an email notification of a user messaging me i have a new mail notice in the icon but so not have mail from the use my email notification said only see message of people I have already talked to

Dreamers069, send me an email with the user name of the sender. We may purge emails when the member is clearly fake.
