Had you observed the chinese people? even they are at the age of 60 and 70s you could still see their sweetness. I could also see that on my own society. I could say that their is nothing wrong with menopausal it depends on the 2 individual lovers to carry on their relationship. That could be talk by the both of you and you could ask for the doctors advice:smile:

Yep. This is true. My friend is a Chinese lady and showed me how to eat certain foods to help with menopause. I hardly notice that I am in menopause. Women in menopause have a 50% chance of dying froma heart attack. You would think if a guy loved his gal; he would want her to stay alive.

I had a hysterectomy and oopherectomy (ovaries removed) earlier this year which threw me into full menopause. Hormone replacement therapy has treated all my menopausal symptoms without issue. Guess I'm just lucky?

I am trying to avoid the homone replacement as they can be as dangerous as the menopause itself. I just started eating more Asian food and fruits which help eliminat the symptons.

I wouldn't know. I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago and was left with my ovaries. My mother said she never even noticed it at around 52.

I haven't noticed any out of the ordinary emotional upheavals since parting from my ex 4 years ago. bigsmile Just regular crazy b*tch stuff. embarassed

Menapause... Men.. Pause... and let her breathe
Hot flashes will come and go,
Mood swings will kick in,
Ups and downs will fill her soul,
Just know this too will pass.

This is a moment (a long) one, of which
This women will discover her inner beauty,
And as she blooms into a new beauty,
Bask in knowing that she is a free spirit,
Sexually, mentally and physically.

Very well said!

Each woman's experience is different. I think a lot of it depends on your personality. Some women are hypochondrics, are seeking attention, blowing things out of proportion, using it as yet another excuse for bad behavior. When you start menopause depends a lot of when your mother and her mother did, if it is not surgically induced.

Folks needs to get a grip! I did not have the mood swings or irritability. Actually the only thing that changed is my monthly cycles ceased and then came the hot flashes, which I still have periodically, but I haven't grown three heads, nor do I need an exorcism! Unlike when my mother experienced it, there are a multitude of over-the-counter remedies and there still is hormone replacement for folks who medical history does not put them in danger of heart disease. It does not have to be life changing or life altering event unless you allow it to become one.
