Ok, maybe I don't subscribe to religion or the whole god thing, but I do subscribe to the Constitution as the supreme law of my country. To defend any of it you must defend all of it, contrary to personal beliefs in religion.

What part of :

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

is it that our govt officials have a hard time understanding, even to the point of making unconstitutional laws prohibiting it?

Marriage has always been a function of the church, NOT GOVT, and a belief system is a personal right and a matter of personal conviction as afford by the 1st amendment. Honoring that belief system, exercising your right NOT to enable those who act against your beliefs based on your religious convictions has NO place in any court of law!

To be forced to serve, condone, allow or participate in same sex marriage, going against your beliefs, is the very fabric of our 1st amendment protection!

I for one don't care. Love is where you find it. To me it is perverse, but it is a matter of personal choice, like religion.

The govt has no right to impose sanctions, make laws, levy fines or fees against anyone refusing to accept or enable it due to their own personal beliefs!

Why does it have to be a court case? Can't our legislators read, or is it just our Constitution they have a problem with?

But there is no freedom of religion remaining outside the Amish. They along have retained the freedom to act by their beliefs.

All the others have accepted the privilege and benefits offered by government. They are all corporations and have applied for 501c status from the most profound arbitrageur of government, the IRS. They have also relinquished any rights that may have ever had and begged (applied for) a license to be regulated by the psychopaths that make up our "elected" officials and somehow think they have some authority.

I do accept non discrimination of PEOPLE(gender, race, ethnicity, and things that are defined by anatomy or ancestry AT BIRTH)

but I don't accept non discrimination of BEHAVIORS or EVENTS,,,,,,,,people should have the choice of what events they will offer and what behaviors they will permit,, in their establishments,,,
