When I try to upgrade I get this message: "We were unable to process your transaction.
The following error was encountered: The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider. Please re-enter your payment information and try again." Not sure what it's trying to tell me. Any thoughts? |

Yesterday there was a message that this site is going to be of flint from 1 1/2 to 2 days due to server issues so you might want to wait a few days and then try again. They could be in the process of taking the site down, not sure, but it's a possible.
