I canceled this service. Why am I still on the site and getting charged

If you upgraded, you have to cancel your subscription. You can't cancel your profile. It's here for all of eternity.

Unless you are referring to another account, Scotty2112, this account never had the premium version. We can help you deactivate it, though.
