Everyone is talking bout going to 50 Shades, most of my FB friends are going to a 'lady's night show'.

Not sure if it's really smart to sit in a cinema with god knows how many other women, getting turned on and ready to go. Lord knows what could happen laugh

Must be quite something after the show ..
Smart single men best make sure they're outside the movie theatre, plenty of women with at least 5 shades of grey on their mind ..

I'm wondering how many here are interested in seeing the movie. Also if it mostly appeals to women, or do you guys take an interest as well (other than waiting outside for the ladies to come out, lol)

I am interested, I'm a 50 shades kinda girl blushing ... but watching it in a movie theatre.. think I'd feel awkward  Getting turned on in public is a shade of grey in itself, but not much fun if you're on your own, surrounded by other women.

I don't know a thing about 50 shades, but from the commercials it looks like a guy hooking up with his secretary type movie. So, no not really interested in seeing it.

I guess i'm different than most because I didn't even care to read the book. I read the first couple of pages because EVERYONE said I should try it, and it simply didn't catch me. ohwell ohwell
Peeps are all over a simple softcore (evidently sometimes hardcore) romance novel and I just don't get it. I loved those kind of books when I was a teen, however now I guess I'm more difficult to impress. waving  pitchfork

No desire to see/read anything that started off as Twilight fan fiction.

I think there will be a few guys who end up 50 shades of black and blue once their wives and girlfriends see it.
Bruises in places they didn't know existed.
When the book came out it improved a lot of couples sex lives, or so I'm told anyway. noway

Can't say I have an inkling to see the movie.

As for single guys waiting outside for the movie to let out. Have to say that seems kinda desperate to try and meet women.

Well, the idea seems funny, haha.

I haven't read the books myself either, cos someone here told me of other books that were way better. And I read those... was very impressed, lol.

As far as the movie is concerned, a well-known sexologist said she seriously didn't like the book, that is wasn't particularly well written. But she was pleasantly surprised by the movie...
She also mentioned that it isn't really SM, but more a love story and mind-games.
My interest's peaked.

Seen this picture of 50 Shades VIP-seats in movie theatres: nice luxury seats with a build-in ***** / vibrator.

Doubt I can post it here, the PG13 thing again, Google it, have a laugh

I want to see it but will wait till it is out online a few days after it shows in the theatres..

I liked the story of it, which to me wasn't about the BDSM scenes, but Christian Grey in all his farkedupness and finding that one thing that helped him sort his crap out, Ana...That to me was the real story...

Be interesting to see how much they stayed with the book...

I have no desire or inclination to read the book or watch the movie. From what I've heard about the book, it's supposedly about a woman being submissive to her man, something plenty of women in times past had to endure, being a submissive obedient subservient to the domineering ,powerful master of the house. Sets woman back 40 years at least.
