We see the media showing us all these beautiful people who claim we did this & that & used this etc & doing botox, surgeries etc which you never need....companies always trying to sell you this and that & what not
We see these hot men claiming we did this excercise & diet to get the body for this movie role etc then ppl would runoff & it would be a Big payday for gyms meanwhile the dudes were simply on steroids or growth hormone etc or some illegal crap.
To me Steroids = cheating = fake temporary muscle & strenghth. All crap. You do not ever need that .

its all very simple yet the media just f**ks you out of yo cash for their bullchit advice...
il offer it free

I do this every workout & its proven to add strength, muscle definition, fat loss, speed & overall well being ...
It might look tedious coz you do need a lot of stamina for it but you can do it.
it takes time to build muscle naturally even years so its also about patience.
Try it with a calorie controlled diet, a healthy lifestyle & a lot of water & it will work for you & its all natural.
That is it.

Thank you for reading drinks drinks

Ha ha, when I read the title of this thread, I thought you were getting a sex change Romeo? I went back to my old boxing gym last year, as I had done MMA for 3 years, but missed the buzz that I got from normal boxing and my old trainer Ran Bannen. He's like my 2nd dad and it's not just boxing that he's clued up about, he's also very knowledgeable about weight training, diet and specific exercises to get the best out of your workouts. Do you ever do that Insanity workout? Rab's workout, makes that look like Ballet mate!

yep .. The good standard is usually something like ..

Day 1 :: back and biceps
Day 2 . Chest .. Shoulders and triceps
Day 3 legs and abs
Day 4 rest
Day 5 repeat

There are lots of variations of course but those who train their entire body in one workout .. Do way less exercise and reps than Romeos workout .
Doing the same number of reps .. Does not encourage muscle growth . The last two sets are generally the heaviest weight with less than 12 reps ..
Supersets are often used targeting complimentary muscle groups ... For example . Triceps come into play with training chest so by super setting tricep exercises in between chest exercises encourages muscle fatigue . I trained at gold's gym which is a hard core body building and power lifting gym . Have trained with many competitive body builders and although there are different approaches most agree rest days are important for muscle growth . Have also tried the Russian style of training .. Where workouts are split into two routines a day and accessory muscle use is minimised to target a specific muscle more .

Yes blondey you're right there & rest is very important but this workout has worked wonders for me that my strength levels are now matching the bigger stronger guys that are juicing
