He never leaves you alone. He is a pest. Do you have one where you live? I'm not talking the average kind if creepy. I mean WAY creepy.

I think every neighborhood has a creep. Mine lives a few houses down from me. He has never bothered me personally.. but he is just a creepy guy.

Its just common knowledge.. the guy is a creep

I looked walked around my block and didn't see one. I thought that was great until I realized - I must be the neighborhood creep!

surprised

Seriously, though, they changed the school bus stop in my 'hood after they realized the stop had been located FOR YEARS directly in front of a sex offenders residence! His address was listed for the stop on the county bus route! The parent who discovered this said she initially had to argue with them about changing the stop but then they looked it up and found it to be true. Bus stop was changed for the evening drop off and ever since.

Good work on the Mom's part!! You would think the towns would have done that without having to be reminded to.

My town sends a letter to its residence when / if a convicted sex offender is moving Into town. You would think someone in town hall or the school district would have put 2 & 2 together.

You HAVE to embarrass him & make a screen, hopefully a LOUD in front of as many people as possible.
" Call him out"
Psychologicaly this will slow him down & he will avoid you.. because you KNOW. spock

I've never been bothered by the creepy guy on my block. He's quiet, keeps to himself, and to my knowledge doesn't actually creep out anybody on my block besides the fact that he's quiet and keeps to himself.
But, then, how would I know I creep anybody out if I never talk to them?

My neighborhood has gotten a lot more isolated and unfriendly since I was a kid. I used to know a few people up and down the block, but now I barely know my neighbors on either side. Frankly, I'm more bothered by the people who keep parking in front of my house, or the people across the street who smoke in front of their house all afternoon than I am by my own habits.

I know for a very strong opinion, though, that the people who used to live in this house were the creepy people on the block. Given the state the house was in when they left and I moved in, I don't see how they could've been anything else. I'm STILL dealing with the damage and lack of maintenance they left three years ago. And that makes ME look extra-creepy.

I have 4 large dogs in my yard,
and sporadic gunfire just for the sake
of making noise...

So far, my neighbours haven't introduced
themselves yet.
