What do woman like to be complemented on the most? How do you get a woman that doesn't like to work out as in exercise ..to do so?

We all know what the best exercise is .......... get her moving and grooving and she will love burning the calories

Then you can compliment her on lots of things.........

.. leave a trail of donuts leading into the gym... gets them there every time..lol

You can't. People do things because they want to & only change for themselves.
Just suggesting that someone work out, could only make them resent you. Or even have them binge eating just to prove you can't control them.

Depends.
IMO most don't really care, as long as it's sincere, meaningful, and doesn't come off as creepy or objectifying them.

Otherwise, pay attention to how they dress and what your attention is being drawn to. Then make sure you compliment them on something else.


The same way you'd get a child to do something.
You make it fun and rewarding rather than something you'd make them feel bad about for not doing it.

Of course it really depends on why they don't like to work out.
Are there physical problems? Heavy emotional problems?
Do they not like to work out because they just like doing other things?
Or is not working out, not liking to, only a symptom of something else that needs to be dealt with?
