I can't read my messages. I only see ads whenever I click on the messages. Please help

I received an email telling me I had mail in your system. come to check and I find nothing.

I can't read my messages. I only see ads whenever I click on the messages. Please help Make sure you are in the Inbox tab not the Nudge tab. I see ads when my Nudge tab is empty.
