Earlier this evening i paid to upgrade my membership and it said it would take about 5 minutes to activate. That was 4 hours ago. my account page says I do not AND I do have an upgraded subscription.

I sent 2 emails, one from my personal email and one from this site and have gotten absolutely no response.

Did I just waste my money and get ripped off or what?

We do apologize for the wait-time, bethann27. Your account has been affected by a bug, but we should be able to get you set up with MinglePlus today. You will get all of the time that you paid for, of course.

Its happened to me now as well. It keeps saying that I need to upgrade again even when I've bought it yesterday afternoon. Help
