has anyone read this book or seen the movie...
I saw the movie yrs ago ... and with compassion I have ...more then likely cried ... but yet had know idea that one of the greatest women in history wrote this story ... and is still living... to see the day that the confederate flag has been brought down ... her work was excellent and her compassion and kindness was not a given for all back then ... so to write this remarkable book in her day ... is just a wonderful memory to find out today... is a great lady in her own right ...

Read the book, seen the movie. Harper Lee's sequel Go Set A Watchman is being released in a couple of days.

 This was a requirement in high school. I'm generally not a reader but I enjoyed it. It was very intense. |
