I have seen this term more and more, recently. What I was told years ago was big bold woman, big beautiful woman, but it seems there are many more definitions. What is your definition?

Oh I'm not falling for this one again I spent a whole 2 hours trying to figure out what bbw Was the abbreviation for.. better bimbos wanted.. Betty Boop woman.. big broads walking.. so on and so forth until I realized okay that my 14 year old told me it meant big breasted women.. .. kids today they really have it going on

What is your definition? I define it as an attempt to avoid negative connotations associated with a word. Otherwise BBW = fat. Fat does not necessarily = unattractive. To a lot of people fat = unattractive. As a kid when my friends and I would sign each other up for newspaper personal ads, before the internet, we'd put their phone number on various ads. Back then, at least in our paper, BBW meant Big Black Woman. It was the height of hilarity to put an ad like "BBW for adult relationship with BWM or SHM, work all day, freak all night, call Cindy after midnight," and then their phone number. Even more fun was when the papers started allowing gay personals. I want to know what wcw means? World championship wrestling? I've seen WOC for "woman of color."

(and yes, even in the office ) Yes, i've heard the "negative" connotations as well, however I was just wondering if there truly WAS a decent definition these days that I wasn't aware of.
