hahaha, i know but lets discuss.... because nobody knows everything but everybody knows something...... Know your genetic risk. Avoid environmental risk. Specifically chemical and radiation but also trauma in particularly spinal cord injuries from poor body mechanics (lifting), and contact sports, or fighting. Especially self inflicted by over use or abuse of the genitalia. Protect the body from infection. Protect the body from obesity. Get regular physical exams and blood testing. Early detection/prevention of problems is essential. Contribute to research for prevention of diabetes, std's, kidney disease, cancer and other related issues. Pick only sexual partners you know are certified healthy. Use birth control safely. Avoid unproven folk cures, over the counter medications, vitamins, and black market medications, or appliances since they often create, or worsen the very problems they are suppose to prevent. Eat a healthy diet of all five food groups; keeping salt, sugars, high carbohydrate and high cholesterol foods in minimal portions. Be well hydrated. Do not drink alcohol or smoke. Be well rested. Know that many problems with performance are psychological. |

I thought you meant weakness, as in, what makes you fall for a Lady, you know like, her hair, or smile, or kindness, or compassion. I should have know it was nothing but another sex topic from the east. |

That many of the topics brought up from certain areas seem to be focused on sexual function from ripped off free advertising to chronic use of sexual topics for conversation as if to promote that the culture there is either uneducated or obsessed with sex; neither is particularly true. |
