Here's one to start... It took 3 tries just to get here. This goes so slow. What's the problem? If I do talk to someone, they are gone because I get their message 3 hours later. You gotta tell me what's going on?

Are you using the app, Donnie1923, and if so do you have an iOS or Android device? Or are you referring to the website?
