I was lifting weight when I was young. I used to bench press 286#. The could squat 405#. My military press was 255#. Now it's swim, tennis, mountain climbing, and bicycling. More cardio. Not too heavy.

Wow that is a good program. 3 sets of 10, 5 sets of 10. Man that will keep you fit for sure. In High school I learned Greco-Roman wrestling. We used to Run 5 miles a day, 7 days a week. I was in the best shape. I think I had 3 percent body fat.

Yes when I was at 3.7 % body fat I was passing out alot. I thought I was just tired. My coach changed my diet to more protien. Went up to 5.2%. I stopped passing out. I also ran 100 meter dash. I was very fast. Long jump and high jump. I loved the Olympics!

yes having the fat % so low are causing some troubles as well
for a while i had some strange muscle aches
the gym trainer said as the fat% goes down, you feel more aches and symptons of tiredness..

i cannot run
i had an accident and i was on crutches for 1,5 year (10 years ago), i couldn't really walk. i forgot how to walk.
after that i learnt walking again
i afterwards learnt to run too, but not fast
just as fast as to catch a bus :)

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. Was it a compound fracture? I broke both of my ankles in a motorcycle accident. I was in a wheel chair for 8 months. If the weather changes it hurts a bit. I can't run any more so I use my bicycle and I pretend I'm running again! As long as you stay in shape, it's all good.

i dont know the term in English, whether if it was compound fracture or not.. but lower bone at my right leg was broken from 2 places and at the bottom break the bone was out of the flesh. so they had to push it in. they put a platinum *stick* of about 30 cm long "in" the bone and it is still there.. it doesnt make any ache, i am lucky. they said it would make, but never happened.

the thing is, i was thinking that this platinum is the same platinum they made the expensive jewellery things of. because they ripped me off very well, so that made sense to believe that way. when the jewellery guy (friend of mum) told me that it was just stainless steel, my dreams went "poff" :(

Oh I understand what you said. Yes that's the word compound break. Platinum, yes that would be awsome.
I've got titanium plates and pins in my ankles. I have a medical card I carry with my passport. When I get scanned my feet make the scanner go wooooo.
