Oh I understand what you said. Yes that's the word compound break. Platinum, yes that would be awsome.
I've got titanium plates and pins in my ankles. I have a medical card I carry with my passport. When I get scanned my feet make the scanner go wooooo.


they also told me that the break was not horizontal but it was with an angle like "\" shaped, going throughout the bone quite vertically. so it took so long time. the doc 6 months later said there was no healing so i would have to go through 5-6 more operations. i said no. he said "then you take care of your break yourself as you refuse your dr's suggestion"
i said "how can you operate a bone which is already very weak, you will cause secondary breaks" we argued
1 year later i took my x-rays, the first moment they came out showing that i was totally healed
rushed to his room, i said "i won"
he said "what do you mean?"
"you said there was no way of healing if i didn't go thought the operations, but you see that's it! before offering someone to cut him/her just for money, imagine that you are offering it to someone from your family.."
he said "you must have gotten me totally wrong.." he could't say much
i will never ever forget how his face looked at those moments.

anyway soon after, he was sent away because of making some wrong operations and causing some people to be handicapped :s

Because your body is amazing...
If you have a partially clogged artery and you push your body thriugh exercise, you body will actually developed new alternative blood vessels/ arteries to go around the clog and get blood where it needs to go. Your body DESERVES your input, it works hard for you!! :)

Very true and when you are physically and mentally healthy, you are very productive.

I go to the gym and play tennis.

* Live right, eat well, enjoy and all will keep you healthy.

* Exercising reminds me of the lazy Roman Empire, after A.D.. They were a good example of a selfish society.
* Many people have one or two meals a day in this world and they are healthy and thin.

There's a whole list of reasons to exercise. Boost in self-confidence, help manage depression, stress relief, physically stronger and less fat cells (assuming you are eating properly for your active lifestyle), stronger cardiovascular system, strengthened immune system...I could go on. But I won't...but I could!
