Not entirely sure what's being asked.

Perhaps this...

After a marriage fails, or a relationship which was like a marriage, especially if it ends badly, it is only logical and natural to switch from finding the phrase "I love you" to feel encouraging and comforting...

...to finding it suspicious, or even manipulative.

And this is a STAGE, not a permanent change for a person.

After all, as we grow up, we learn lots of things. At first, we do things because we are told to by parents, or because we see others around us doing it. That includes things like saying "I love you."

After we have been through enough of life's little painful teaching adventures, we learn that lots of things which LOOK easy and straightforward, actually require some thought.

When you know little, for example, eating what tastes good seems logical and fun. After you experience horrid indigestion, or weakness, or even illness due to having eaten too much fun stuff, you learn that eating well and wisely requires thought and effort to understand yourself.

The same is true with saying and hearing the words "I love you."

On the other hand, the question is posed so sparsely, perhaps you are asking how many women who are currently married, want to have would-be back-door lovers say it to them. In that case, yer on yer own, sir.
