Comey And ‘A Lot Of Other FBI Agents’ Will Resign If Hillary Is Not Indicted [VIDEO]

In an interview with Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co” on Friday, Klein said, “I think Comey realizes that he’s got to wrap this [investigation] up well before the conventions otherwise he’s going to disenfranchise millions and millions of people. So I think this is going to be wrapped up in around six more weeks.” Klein said that he thinks Clinton will get indicted but “Hillary has her lawyers talking to the Justice Department about a lesser charge, something in which she would just say, ‘Well, I’m sorry. It was a little sloppy, I shouldn’t have done that.” In that case, Clinton “would be let off.” However, Klein said that he didn’t think that scenario would occur. Host Stuart Varney responded, “That wouldn’t happen? Because that would be a way around the political problem of indicting the likely Democrat nominee for the presidency.” “Right, but James Comey is after all… the Eliot Ness of our time. He is really not going to let politics interfere with what he finally decides.” Varney then asked Klein, “But it’s up to the judgment of the Justice Department to say ‘yes indict’ or ‘No, don’t indict.’ It is not James Comey’s call, is it? “Well, it’s his call to make the referral and it’s up to the Justice Department. And if the Justice Department decides not to listen to what James Comey is suggesting, I think there’s going to be hell to pay.” “Do you think James Comey would resign,” Varney asked. “Yes, he already threatened to resign during the Bush Administration as you may recall when things did not go right,” Klein said. Adding, “Absolutely, I think he would resign and I think a lot of other FBI agents would go along with him.” |

Panetta, Gates and Hagel all resigned and have all basically said Obama didn't listen to their recommendations. Why would Obama listen to or care about what the FBI recommends? He'll make the decision and use Lynch as his mouth peace. |

A Lot Of Other FBI Agents’ Will Resign Doesn't seem to matter. I mean look at reports about secret service agents leaving, or INS and border patrol agents leaving, or high turnover with TSA agents, or shortage of police recruits, or reports about military officers leaving. Political leaders really don't give a crap if the "thug" class leaves. They can always hire more. And more than likely a lot probably want the FBI agents and Comey to resign because they had the audacity to really push an investigation of a "queen" like Hillary rather than the usual meaningless sacrificial pawn like a Mel Reynolds. |

Even if she were indicted Obama would pardon her anyway. Their resignations would be an additional stain on Obama's legacy.

If the FBI doesn't charge Hillary the former Agents that ran the ABSCAM investigation said it will tarnish the Bureau's image. |

they should get a posse of those fbi agents together and inhance it with deputy sheriffs from the state that they are in and just arrest her they do not need an indictment to arrest here only to try her once she is arrested then ty go to court or even a local grand jury they are just to big of a bunch of wimps to do it |

If the FBI doesn't charge Hillary the former Agents that ran the ABSCAM investigation said it will tarnish the Bureau's image. Tarnish the Bureaus image? You mean like Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Xfiles??? But just to correct you, there were MANY official public statements about Iran Contra, including direct admission by the officials that committed the illegal acts, that they had done so. As for the Coup against the Shah of Iran, that's before my time, but what I remember is that we SUPPORTED the Shah. In fact, that's a large part of why post-Shah Iran still hates us so much. So you need to do some more investigation for your side of things. |
