this female is already against a wall, hands cuffed behind her back, what reason would the cop have to be punching her?

OMG..terrible....can you just imagine if it was reversed...a white cop doing that to a black woman...there would be world war 3!

Msh...even you would have to admit if this was a white officer doing that to black woman, this video would be run over and over on every network in the country. We would have riots in the streets.

Glad you posted it though:smile:

doing it to anybody , whatever race,,,,deserves someone be held accountable, which this cop was immediately from the article

my question just involves trying to understand what justification the person involved may have felt he had

And then some... laugh
Why who knows since I couldn't get the audio to work to maybe hear a part of the altercation.

Since he was fired I am sure we will hear the whole version when he sues that his rights were violated.

I agree about the consequence...but if it were reversed...would there be more of a question about the "why"?

Seems you don't want to admit there would be much bigger "consequences" if it was a white cop beating a black womanindifferent

what more consequence would their be if a white cop did it and got fired?

this isn't isolated, people are brutalized by cops all over the country,, the issues arise when no one is held accountable for it

One, there would be major investigations...by local and Feds(DOJ)into the whole department...the city would also be on lockdown...as for the cop...he would be facing jail time at the very least.

I just love the way you keep avoiding the prevailing question...So I'll ask one more time...If it was reversed...do you think the black community would be out on the streets demanding justice?

Well honestly If and I do say IF here, if there is equal justice for all .Then this officer should not only be fired but brought up on Charges.. criminal and civil..Bet she has some dental damage done..
These things have been done where it was a white officer doing something like this to a minority in my mind the same should be done to any one that abuses their position.

we agree,, the incident is less than a week old, I would bet charges are forthcoming

There was a prior assault by the same officer in the parking lot

Both are disturbing IMO that new officer still on probation would have been a menace on the street, i'm pretty sure the police academy didn't teach him that.

surprised by how often it happens? if the news was all over anytime a black person got beat, they wouldn't have time to cover anything else

its very rare that it gets blown up compared to how many times it actually happens

perception leads some to believe that blacks get some special coverage,,,,

I'm open to being enlightened,,,if there is evidence to the contrary

not LOCAL news, but national outrage

In this case...if it was reversed...it would be the major headlines on every network for days...Even the Dictator in Chief himself Obama, would comment on this and stir the racial pot as much as he could.

i would like to find out how he became a cop to stop having evil cops, he should

be in jail and get prison time to send a message to the other bad ones.....
