I would think, the papers have been drawn up... The lawyers are pushing them back and forth, waiting to meet the best deal, something like that....three months tops....for it to become "legal"....my experience....lol...

Hi Welcome to Mingle.. I am curious what exactly does in the process of separating mean? Sorry I can be a bit dense at times. IMO, it means that the OP still lives at home very much married but unhappy and the thought of divorce crossed his mind but divorced cost money so he is checking out dating sites and found out that there are tons of separated men having a great time flirting with gorgeous chicks, so he thought separation might be the answer.    hi Rains   forgot to say welcome... so welcome to Mingle2 |

Separation means someone moved out and someone filed papers to end said marriage. That is why I was and am a bit confused |
