Protests are all about 'getting together to make change', however you word it,, its a valuale way to make change,,

if 'force' isn't physical, than its a matter of perception, the public should b able to 'force' its government to 'behave'in certain ways if it is meant to be for them, as long as its not being forced through physical harm but through public address of grievances
