Topic: DNC Convention might get ugly

Wikileaks just released over 19,000 emails hacked by Guccifer 2.0 that show the DNC colluded with the Clinton campaign to keep Bernie down.
We all know they protected Clinton by scheduling the debates on days and times when they wouldn't get much exposure.
These new emails show DNC officials actively working against Bernie Sanders.
One example:
From:MARSHALL@dnc.org
To: MirandaL@dnc.org, PaustenbachM@dnc.org, DaceyA@dnc.org
Date: 2016-05-05 03:31
Subject: No s#$%(edited for mingle)
It might may no difference, but for KY and WVA can we get someone to ask his belief. Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist.

To his credit, Bernie had been arguing that his campaign did not have access to the DNC database and that Debbie Wassermann Schultz was actively supporting Clinton.
Now there is PROOF!

The Bernie supporters and the far left are already unhappy with Clinton's choice for V.P. because he is also connected to Wall Street but now with the release of these new emails they must really be feeling the "Bern".

Funny how the "pundits" and liberal media made a big deal about the RNC being divided.
I guess we'll see just how "united" Hillary and Bernie supporters are at the DNC Convention.

Actually, unless you stuck your head into the rear end of only one side of the political world for the last several years, you would recognize that from the very beginning, the bulk of ALL of the mainstream media have talked a LOT about the divisions within BOTH of the big political parties. Pretending that any "liberal bias" has meant that ONLY Republicans were studied for this sort of thing, requires the wearing of blinders.

Most of the people and companies in the journalism business, make their money from seeking out and promoting concerns for viewers and readers to WORRY ABOUT. "Happy times" news doesn't get people to watch through commercials.

Since the Republican Convention happened first, AND because the anti-Trump people were far more vocal and intense about their opposition to him than the anti-Clinton people among the Democrats have been, that conflict got a lot more attention up to now.

And remember, several of the once leading Republican candidates, actually openly declared that they wanted to overturn the convention itself, in order to stop Trump. None of the Democrats have done that, so there is a difference in the parties themselves in that way.

But that convention is over. So now the same media people who were warning us of impending conflict and excitement about the GOP, are starting to focus on what could go wrong with the Democratic convention.

Had the two conventions been held at the same time, you would have seen a different approach to telling the news.

The difference is The RNC is open and fair to ALL candidates. The reason for the little "opposition" to Clinton is because the DNC controlled what candidates would run against her AND the liberal media controlled the narrative. The Clinton Machine owns the Democrat party.
If you don't see that...take your blinders off.

I take it you were completely unaware of Trumps complaints of unfair treatment by the RNC on many occasions?

This is all normal American politics. Abysmal and disgusting, I agree. But the fundamental difference in fairness that you THINK you see between the two parties, is just your wishful thinking.

Trump complained about the system being rigged. The "process" for electing delegates controlled by the establishment in State primaries. He never accused the RNC of favoring one candidate over another, or that the RNC actively worked against him....a big difference to what the DNC did to Bernie.
As for the fundamental differences in fairness, although both parties have "flaws" in the primary process, Super delegates are far more nefarious and corrupt then the delegate process in the Republican primaries.

You are ignoring the details of Trumps complaints. They are identical. In both cases, it was a matter of the leadership trying to set things up so that it wasn't the popular vote which decided who gets the most delegates.

Listen, I'm not trying even remotely to excuse the Democrats, or to insist that the Republicans are more evil, or even just as evil.

What I am doing, is pointing out that the accusation made in this thread going the other way, that the Democrats are inherently vastly worse than the Republicans in this particular aspect of politics, as you seem to think, is a mistaken view.

Hillary Clinton's campaign manager Robby Mook said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was pushing for a “pro-Russian” platform and cited experts who say that Russian state actors were behind the recent leak of Democratic National Committee emails in an attempt to help Trump win.

"Experts are telling us that Russian state actors broke into the DNC, took all these emails, and now are leaking them out through these websites,” Mook told ABC’s "This Week" on Sunday. "It's troubling that some experts are now telling us that this was done by the Russians for the purpose of helping Donald Trump.”

I can just see the spin- meisters working overtime on this. ABC, NBC and CNN will work tirelessly to discredit and squash the email leak.
Unfortunately Hillary couldn't get to these emails first and DELETE them alllaugh laugh

Bill Clinton: If you want change, vote for Hillary

Turn the WH from the current house of shame to one of ill repute with Wild Willie back in the shadows!

Best little whore house in DC! Let them eat Tyson chicken and smoke Cuban cigars while sitting on a mountain of opium cash from the Afghans!

With the US taxpayer funding it and their security while they bury us in illegal immigration, terrorist attacks, bad trade deals, unregulated banking, anti-Constitutional liberal judges, and gun laws!

We've tried "change" promised by the present liberal occupant!

rofl OMFG! rofl

It was the Clinton Circus of Cray Cray.

They brought in the gimps, the sword swallowers,
and the loons.

Hell, they even brought in a whole chorus of
bearded ladies.

The Bernie supporters, actually looked sane
in comparison.
