NSA Whistleblower: Agency Has Hillary's Deleted Emails

Hillary Clinton claims that Russia hacked the Democratic National Committee's emails to help Donald Trump in the 2016 race, but a NSA whistleblower disagrees with her assertion.

Former NSA official William Binney, an architect of the agency's surveillance program, says that it is more likely that a disgruntled member of the U.S. intelligence community leaked the emails.

On "Fox and Friends" this morning, Binney said that accusing the Russians is a way of diverting attention from the actual issues that the emails bring to light.

If you've read any of the Binney statements you would know that the reason for his departure and then the blacklisting of him that followed it, was because of what it "became" under the control of the govt alphabet agencies and the lawyers who then interpreted the laws in a secret FISA court to fit its unlawful use as a "domestic" spying apparatus against American citizens as well and not just those of foreign sources it was intend for.

As it was written was never illegal or immoral, but that can't be said for what it became under control of the govt

Typical.... just as a the invention of an alternate power source became the A-Bomb and rocket science became nuclear missles

Some consider their oaths to the nation, its laws and Constitution, and "we the people" more binding than their oaths to a govt participating in criminal acts against it!

The point of a whistleblower is to expose the illegal or unlawful acts of a given group or person. It is only upon the commission of these acts that a person exposing them can gain that title.

Those acts become a breach of contract to any "oath" they may have sworn in accepting that position, therefore a whistleblower is in his right, under law, to expose them! That is abiding by their oath, not breaking it!

America was founded by such people!

A certain amount of govt is necessary to protect the rights of the people. It was never meant (in a Republic) for the govt to control. They are elected to act and fulfill the wishes and protect the rights of the "governed", NOT control them!

Within a Republic even the smallest voice has a vote, is born with certain unalienable rights, and among them are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Nowhere does it state that you swear an oath to govt! You swear to uphold the laws of the Constitution, to protect and defend them.

When govt breaks those laws it becomes the sworn duty of the governed to oppose, expose, and take any and all actions allowed under the law to correct it up to and including (sadly) rebellion or revolution against it.

He's still a turncoat in my opinion, an opportunist who would side with whichever group serves his interest at the time. He made a career with a government spy agency and raked in the daugh for as long as it was convenient to him. Now that he feels the wind turning again his employer he goes out and speak against it like the weasel he is. He has no honor and he lies whenever it suits him.
What would make me believe his story? Nothing.
