All of the previews for season 3 look amazing. They have released a few details so far.

Jim Gordon is now a bounty hunter working with reporter Valerie Vale tracking down the experiments\monsters from Dr. Strange's facility. The villians this season are going to be to be Thomas Wayne Jr. (Played by David Mazouz who plays Bruce Wayne on the show), Killer Croc, The Mad Hatter, The Tweedle Brothers, Dr. Strange, Solomon Grundy, Poison Ivy, Talon, The Court of Owls, Penguin, Riddler, Firefly, Victor Zasaz, Barbara Kean, Tigress, Butch Gilzean, Clayface, Selina Kyle, and Fish Mooney (The worst character on the show, I wish she would be gone already). The Joker is coming back towards the end of the season and they said he has a cult like following. They also said Harley Quinn will be in it and that we have already seen her. I am thinking that she was the woman (played by Lori Petty) in season 2 in the underground club who told Bruce Wayne where Matches Malone lives.

Also Lucius Fox goes to work for the Gotham City Police Department after he finds out how corrupt Wayne Enterprises really is. I am hoping means we will see a lot more of him on the show!

Also Penguin is running for Mayor, Captain Barnes is coming back and Don Maroni's son who is not a criminal and is a highly respected doctor will be coming to town and there will be a love triangle between himself, Jim Gordon and Lee! Also Bruce is kidnapped by the Court of Owls.

Other then Fish Mooney, this season is shaping up to be really amazing!
