The incident with luring a healthy giraffe, & then shooting it in the head, then feeding it to lions, & letting the public watch.. Yea....that's just not right. Shoulda put it into the lion enclosure live and let em do what comes naturally. Woulda been a more accurate show for the public to watch.

The incident with luring a healthy giraffe, & then shooting it in the head, then feeding it to lions, & letting the public watch.. ( other zoos had offered to take it, & were turned down) Another incident of doing a V-section on a giraffe in from of small children. And there are other horrors. I find these deplorable. But... those were in 2014, & the zoo is slowing... cleaning up their act. |

Zoos are not supposed to simulate natural hunting/ feeding, as animals would do in the wild. In the presense of whom ever is there that day, including children. If people want to see that, or for their children to, they can turn on the TV. |
