WASHINGTON

Tom Fitton and the lawyers at Judicial Watch unearthed a bombshell.

Scouring through a cache of documents tied to the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack that killed four Americans at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, they discovered an email with the subject “PREP CALL with Susan: Saturday at 4:00 pm ET.”

What followed was a list of Sunday news show talking points that a top Obama administration official prepared for Susan Rice, then ambassador to the United Nations, “to underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy.”

Congressional Republicans had investigated Benghazi for more than a year by the time Judicial Watch got the email through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. But the White House’s role in shaping the early, false narrative provided critics with a smoking gun. The email was used to justify a select House committee that grilled Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for 11 hours straight.

Yet through thousands of documents and various probes into Clinton’s State Department, something struck Fitton as curious: the lack of direct communication. “I was thinking maybe she just didn’t email,” he recalled. “So just to be sure, we asked again and sued again because we were stonewalled. And sure enough …”

Clinton’s use of a private, unauthorized email server — revealed during the House investigation — has plagued her campaign for president, fueling widespread feelings she is untrustworthy.

Most Americans haven’t heard of Judicial Watch, but the conservative group has been a principle force behind Clinton’s trouble, prying free government documents through a withering deployment of FOIA requests and lawsuits.

When government agencies stall, Judicial Watch sues.

The group’s lawsuits are responsible for the release of thousands of Clinton emails that were on her server, and on Friday, the State Department was to begin releasing thousands more that were discovered in the FBI inquiry.

Next week, Clinton, under court order, must provide written answers to 25 questions posed by Judicial Watch.

Hooray for Judicial Watch. Send the pit bulls loose … great work.

If Hillary is elected she will shut them down along with conservative talk radio.

And another.... transcripts from her bank speeches...

WikiLeaks release reveals Clinton Wall Street speech excerpts

Hillary Clinton’s advisers appear to have emailed to each other partial transcripts of her closed-door paid speeches and highlighted the most potentially damaging portions, according to a message exchange posted by Wikileaks on Friday.

The email quotes Clinton as describing to a Goldman Sachs-Black Rock event in 2014 her distance from middle-class Americans.

“My father loved to complain about big business and big government, but we had a solid middle class upbringing. We had good public schools. We had accessible health care. We had our little, you know, one-family house that, you know, he saved up his money, didn't believe in mortgages. So I lived that,” she said in the speech. “And now, obviously, I'm kind of far removed because the life I've lived and the economic, you know, fortunes that my husband and I now enjoy, but I haven't forgotten it.”

The messages are included in a trove of emails allegedly hacked from top Clinton aide John Podesta’s personal email. The revelations are likely to add fuel to Republican arguments that Clinton is too close to Wall Street.

The speech excerpts also delve into her support for a Canadian-style universal health care system, her “dream” for “a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders.”

Wikileaks, headed by Julian Assange, announced that the emails include communications on nuclear energy and “media handling over donations to the Clinton Foundation from mining and nuclear interests.” It also includes correspondence with Clinton herself.

It’s the latest document dump by Wikileaks that appears aimed at damaging Democrats in the final sensitive weeks before the November election, just as Clinton appeared to be seizing momentum in polls after a debate victory in late September.

The disclosure also came just minutes after embarrassing audio of Donald Trump’s comments on sexually taking advantage of women was posted by the Washington Post. It also came as the Obama administration asserted confidence that Russia was behind the leak of sensitive election documents and attempts to meddle in the U.S. election season.

In the speech excerpts, Clinton-allied researchers flagged her positive remarks about the Keystone XL Pipeline and trade, made well before she came out against the pipeline and the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

"My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere,” Clinton told a Brazilian bank in 2013. She added, “We have to resist, protectionism, other kinds of barriers to market access.”

An aide flagged these remarks as sounding “Pro-Keystone”: "Keystone is a contentious issue, and of course it is important on both sides of the border for different and sometimes opposing reasons, but that is not our relationship.” The Huffington Post has reported that the June 2014 speech to tinePublic, Inc., was among several speeches with ties to two Canadian banks with a financial interest in the oil project.

We'll see. I haven't seen anything yet that qualifies as "shocking," or any different from all the rest of what has been more openly evident about Clinton.

In short, though some anti-Clinton strategists in the past (opposing each Clinton) have tried to use the "they are wild-eyed liberals pretending otherwise" approach to going after them, both Bill and Hillary have always been more complicated than that about what they support or oppose.

Remember, Hillary was once a Republican, and Bill came to leadership in the Democratic Party, specifically because he was moving in a more conservative direction than the party had been going in the 1970's and 80's.

In other words, the left-wing extremists who fantasized that Hillary was secretly waiting to unleash extreme socialism on the nation, will indeed be very upset by these latest "revelations," but anyone who followed the Clinton's non-stop actual actions over the years are saying "yeah, so?"

What I can't tolerate is someone who lies about their lies then lies some more thinking people are stupid enough not to believe their own lying eyes and lies still more!

And the attacks on the Constitution and peoples rights guaranteed under it while also carelessly and unconcernedly endangering the country by actions to personally enrich herself and satisfy her own greed.

She destroys countries and peoples lives like an exterminator.... without thinking of consequences or outcomes
