I am not making fun of you butribu. I do think you are getting way to complicated with the issue of dating it's supposed to be fun.

I'd go up, if she invited me and was kust tipsy sure....if she was blackout drunk then no.....can turn into legal issues if they don't remember consenting etc...

besides some may take it as a rejection nit all but some....if we are both adults I see no issue with going up (or down hehe)

Ill update it, what if she's tipsy under the influence of wine on the date? Do i still go up

A boy will go up. A gentleman won't take advantage of the situation.

so i don't go up she's now embarrassed for inviting me up so quickly things gonna get awkward

I see no harm in making sure she gets gome okay. Walking her to the door. If she invites you in even if she is drunk just be nice about it. Help her to her couch, asks if she needs some water or anything, talk to calm her down a bit if you have to, than tell her that you should be going home so she can sleep. If she trys to hit on you and she is clearly drunk than be nice, laugh it off and tell her no, not when your drunk. It's simple as that to just be respectful.
