I'm not a expert by any means but I've experienced both and if you want to experience them you can find tons of information about both on the Internet and if you want to truly learn more about yourself it's a great way to get in touch with your higher self, I'm still trying to communicate with my spirit guides and it's been extremely difficult but I won't quit until I succeed.

I agree with what you say. In today's world a lot of people are choosing not to believe. We know who's work that is, of the devil himself. God is real as is the devil. I once had this lucid dream, and just to make it clear, I don't take drugs, nor was I under the influence of alcohol. It was sometime back in 1996 I think. I dreamt that I am walking down an extremely crowded street. People appeared to be in panic, running away in the opposite direction of where I was heading. And then I saw him. He Satan was standing tall with his vivid intense greenish yellowish eyes, staring at me. It's like he recognised me. I said to him that I knew who he was. He replied to me telepathically that if I told the people who he was, that he would take pleasure in killing me. I replied back to him saying that I am not afraid of him, and that I would do anything in my power to warn the people of his presence and existence. Which I started doing. I must had been shouting in my sleep, as I woke my self up. As I was awakening I clearly felt and sort of saw a whirlpool of wind in my room, that shot out through my closed window. Since then in my reality of life I have come across people who I've felt had some form of a demonic energy or possession in them, and also encountered people with good angelic energies. This is all real. I started having astral trips back in 1990, and onwards. I don't have control when they happen, but through out the years I gained control when I'm in them, and I always call on the help of my guardian angels, Jesus as I'm Christian, and God. I always declare that I join the army of archangel Michael and join his army to fight evil. I don't tell many people this, so I act pretty much solo. I have recently met an older man who I befriended as he is with similar experiences to mine. One has to be careful with astral travelling, out of body experiences as there are shadows lurking in the dark. I use a lot of protection prayers. I hope this helps.

Just experienced one last night, like three layers of a dream, but then was it a dream? I went to bed around 11 pm, and I think fell asleep by 11:30. I, in my dream dreamt that I entered my room to go to sleep, and hopped in to bed and fell asleep, but being awake conscious of a dream. I tried to turn the night lamp on but for some reason it wouldn't work. I then realised I couldn't press the switch as my hand goes through it. So I suddenly wake up and jump up in bed. Some force pushed me and I fell on the side of the bed. As I got up, I saw my self sleeping in bed. Next minute I'm back in me, and then finally woke up. Strange one......
