Turn on my radio on my nightstand. Can't sleep without music! That's a good one. When I take trips and sleep in my truck I listen to the radio just before dozing off. Sometimes I wake up and the radio is still on. It's a game to see if I can wait till the very last second before I fall .........

I also have a bad habit of checking all of my email, other accounts for messages on my phone right before sleeping. Not the best way to settle into sleep! Plus, it's not good to sleep with your phone at your side, they say.

i love people sleeping together with their cats, dogs and whichever lovely monster they are taking care of :) Eeww ... My cats aren't even allowed upstairs... I don't want hairs and yuk in my bed or bedroom. I like my bed crisp and clean. However much I love my cats, they stay downstairs.
