How do I change it to men more local see me. And not all over the country?

As far as those that just view your profile there is no way to stop who views you .... You can set your filters by going to Account ---Settings ---Limit who can send me e-mails.... set your filters here for distance and those that live farther can not e-mail you. Site Mod Kristi

Go to Account, then to edit profile, then to about. Then add what ever you want.
