Is there such a thing as love at first sight or is it always just lust?

I believe in it cos it happened to me. It wasn't lust. I was waiting to go to a public toilet (not a romantic place lol)and there was a couple of sinks between the ladies and gents and a man walked in without even looking my way and proceeded to wash his hands. Just glanced at him and looked at his profile and it hit me like a punch!! I was literally smitten. We married and it lasted 21 years.

haha it wasn't very romantic was it? But I always felt it was fate cos there was a few things leading up to it that were really weird. We should never have met. But we did. I suppose you could just say it is a very powerful chemical reaction and it's only happened to me twice in my life. Here's to number 3

I don't think so. But then, I might define love differently from you. But no, it's not always JUST lust, either.

Just my opinion, but I think that sometimes, there's an instant attraction, and by chance, it turns out that the people are also compatible. So they agree that it was love at first sight, even though it really wasn't.

Any way it works out is good, though.

The biggest danger from getting too caught up in love at first sight, comes from jumping into something that's a bad idea, because you are really hoping for the LAFS experience.

I wish I knew what to tell ya. OK here it is. Every once and a while everything clicks for each other and they live happily ever after. True Story so I've heard.
