I hope he's not charged. why is it an issue when a thief gets killed in the act of his crime? I say good riddance to the scum bags! I Fking hate thieves and I think they got what they deserved. and attorneys who stand up for these sh1theads I hate them too

I think that is fake. He is the same guy on the Jimmy Dean suasage complaint call. Was on radio earlier and the voice is the same. Ever heard a 911 respondant (police officer) say NOPE!! plus no urgency in his voice, I lived in Texas for 10 years and worked for the Alington Police Department. Not gonna happen. This is a big fake. Where is it on the web no news stories only going over the call, no details of the actual event. FAKE Sounds like was done in a studio.

I am not saying he is wrong. If it is true than he should be No Billed by the Grand Jury. Good riddance to the thieves, only 3 shots should have unlaoded on there dumb asses. But I think this is a hoax. Search the Jimmy Dean thing. It is funny by itself but they sound too much alike.

There is a fine line here. I have a friend, who years ago had a person break into her home while she was sleeping........

She owned a gun.....and shot and killed the man.

The police later told her, that she was lucky she actually killed him and not just injured him because he could have charged her. Can you believe that?????

Anyways, she still feels bad about what happened...I know I would.

It's not fake. I live in Houston and it's all over the news. It's getting referred to the Grand Jury. No jury in Texas would ever convict him though. He wasn't very smart saying what he said on the phone though, if he would have said "stop you're scaring me" it wouldn't even be an issue.

He was lucky that police did not arrive when he was shooting. Because the responding members could've mistaken him for a bad guy and shot him. Contrary to popeular belief police are not trained to shoot a suspects arms or legs police are trained to shoot at the centre body mass. Most members will shoot till the suspect is down and not twice as is common on TV police dramas.

in our state, if you kill thief or perpetrator...there is trouble and you are going to get it....

I do think the individual shuld be criminally charged. There were no lives in danger and it wasn't even his property he was defending. And as i've said in a previous post he was lucky there were no police members on scene he probably would've gotten shot. If apolice member get called to attend a crime scene and he or she sees a person with a firearm they will use deadly force if the subject were to point or cause the weapon to be pointed at the members. Even if the weapon got pointed accidently.
