Possibly the most ironic and annoying things about mate hunting, is that there's a natural dynamic to it which is ALWAYS going on.

That is, the people who are most active, and who most readily come to your attention, are always going to be the ones who are most energetically trying to get laid, and pretty much nothing else. They will be the ones who push to the front of every line, talk the loudest, perform the most tricks to fool you, and so on.

Once you realize that, you can deal with them the same way most of us learn to deal with commercials during our favorite shows: tune them out, and watch calmly for the RIGHT kind of stuff.

Yes, there are still a few of them.
