The Bible nowhere explicitly states that masturbation is a sin, but there is no question that the actions that usually lead to masturbation are sinful. https://www.gotquestions.org/masturbation-sin.html

There is a passage in there somewhere that talks about "spilling one's seed" but I am not a scripture quoter and do not adhere to any religious delusions.
