Topic: outsiders with a clearer point of view

If you refuse to leave, then they give you a lawyer, and money to fight the case with, and they look at your political situation and see that you are an american, so they would give you a one year working visa renewable every year.

We would rather tax you than have you leave.

If you have done anything illegal, we will put you in jail, then release you to fight your application for legal status

that almost sounds familiar

but if you don't let them know yer there then how can these things be implemented

I do not think that this thread was intended to be about illegal immigrants, but that is how it works here, isn't it?
Every topic gets turned into a debate about just that.
Are there not enough threads about it already?
Does every thread have to be hijacked to debate it?
Can nobody stay on topic anymore?

grumble grumble

i don't know i came in in the middle of it

but i am not so sure this was not meant to

end up on this topic considering the thread author

and the content of the first post

----------------

my interpretation of the first post is

why wont you listen to those from outside the united states

when they tell you that illegal immagration should not

be a problem

------------------

again only my interpretation by who and what posted

most of the time when we are inside a problem, issue, or situation we tend to be subjectives.
when we see things from other perspective, it's easier to see things from different angles.
the important thing is not to be close minded.
now the with the internet we have broken the boarders because we can get together in a place regardless of our nationalities, and we are free to give out opinions in any issue, including internal politics in different countries.
now when the forum in which we are gathered is based in a specific country we understand that the majority of the poster belong to that country, now that does not mean that the opinions of the outsiders lack of value.
then is when we need to learn how to respect everybody's opinions regardless their origins.
we don't need to call names and be derogatory towards them, for instance calling somebody a "retarded"
so let's reanalyze our positions.

TLW

I have no idea how illegal immigration can be derived from this post...

I firmly disagree that is what Miguel was saying.

well lee go read his post about

illegal immigration

this is a side post to try

and get people to say yeah outsiders have unblurred vision

when it comes to situations that need discussed

then when the subject comes up

the ammo is there for him to use

you said that outsiders have an unblurred view

now you are dening it did you vote for the war before you were against it

Robin you were the first person to bring up the subject of illegal immigration.

We were debating the freedom of free speech.

Plus your fairly inflammatory comment about outsiders staying just that, sort of raised the temperature slightly.

if you look at any subject

as only that subject is related

then anything/everything is ok

but as the song says cause and effect

every cause has an effect and every effect

comes with a price

Isn't that rather trying to make your own motives his in order to just go on like so many did in the past few weeks.
Taking every thread over with the one topic.
Doesn't that look like you are trying to run people off the site?

well your post on the guy saying those not holding british passport may have been misunderstood by me

i am not perfect (as hard as that may be to believe)laugh

and as for outsider staying that

this post speaks for itself

"""maybe the outsider

should accept the fact

that they are just that

an outsider """""

it des not say shut up

or do not state your opinion

but just as you give advice to a friend

all you can do is suggest a course of action

you have no control over whether they do it or not

thus an outsider

nothing personal just a fact

Robin, you have never told me to shut up, nor that I am not entitled to an opinion, never have you said that directly, and for that, even when we disagree, I appreciate you.

I had to look really hard to see what you were talking about, but now I know.

You are talking about a guy called Nick Griffin. He is the head of the Ultra-right wing British National Party.

Wants all non-white people removed and deported back to their country of ethnicity.

You are white (from memory) and even though you dont hold a UK passport, your colour makes you superior in his eyes. All he needs is a tall white hat and he's off!

That said ...

I have known you since we were on CS. In that time you have been a fair advocate.

But I struggle to see how you could mis-interpret what he says (and he is a US-legal person).

The whole of JSH and it Current Events threads in the last weeks have been from rabid, anti-immigration proponents.

The US way is not the only way. The European way is not right either, and the Australian way is in a process of flux, so its difficult to comment.

I agree fully, Duncan, with the threads over the past quite a lot of weeks, that saw a few banned, and others suspended....always the same thing, and quite derogatory in many.

Immigration, illegal immigration, and none of us 'outsider' allowed to post ideas, thoughts, opinions, without being told to shut up, and go away.

It creates a lot of dissension.... for any that do not have a US postcode.

well i probably just skimmed it quickly the first read

but that view is just ignorant if not out right stupid

(the view of whites bn superior that is not the view of anyone here)

and i respect the right of everyone to have an opinion on everything

but if there is nothing that you personally can do to
change what the discussion is about

then realize that and do not get hostile over it

i have seen many get nasty and attack others

i hope i have never done this

but if i have or do in the future i am sorry

cause that is not a way to get anything accomplished

I'm sorry Robin, I didn't mean you personallyflowerforyou

But I have been watching over the past 2 weeks, and it is always the same few people turning a thread to the same topic and then telling others that they have no right to say anything.
It really makes one wonder.ohwell

I know that you personally have never said a thing like that, it's the evil of generalization, I apologize.flowerforyou

Maybe those that have been suspended, and those that are likely to be banned will cool it now.

As we say in the south of the UK "Pull your neck in!"

As they have found the law of JSH works both ways.

To some, the damage is irreparable, and the intelligence pool has been made shallower, but maybe the immigration issue and the fanatacism will ease up.
