I'm good at cooking and baking. I enjoy the whole process- looking for recipes, getting the ingredients together, chopping, mixing, eating.

sweetsai28 ...are you starting from scratch with these recipes ...

I use to love to cook and bake ...
but those days are over for right now ...

the web is great for cooking ... and finding different things ...

here is one easy I like ... Teala ...
1pd of hamburger ...
zucchini ...
tomatoes ...
onions ...
potatoes...
tomatoes sauce pinch of sugar...depending on the kind u use...
parm cheese ...
or mozzarella
oven 350 or can be done on top of the stove ...
brown hamburger with chopped onion ...
slice all vegetable even the tomatoes ... really thin ...
large baking dish or large baking pan ...

your going to layer ...
A little sauce on bottom of pan ...
pour all the beef in on top...
then start to layer ...little sauce over each ...
of your vegies ...
tomatoes saved for the top ...
pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top...
and then sprinkle with parm cheese ...
if u use motts then layer it with your veggies ...
still top with parm ...

bake till all veggies are cooked all the way through ...

You can make 1 minute brownie using a microwave! Super easy and delicious :yum:

Ingredients
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons flavorless oil (canola oil/coconut oil/sunflower oil)
3 tablespoons water
pinch of salt
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp chocolate chips (omit if vegan)

Instructions
In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
If you don’t want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Eat and enjoy!!
