Ok so a shooting happened recently at the Parks Mall recently. Not a bad neighborhood...actually very nice. Some idiot pulls a toy gun out (looks real) bit many want to blame cops. What do you think? Still all cops bad?

Cops are not bad. Is there a few bad apples.. yep.. as there are within ANY profession.

Today I was going to work, thru mid town Manhattan. And while I did not see the explosive I sure as hell did see at least 100 cops cars and emergency trucks flying to the scene. All different types, NYPD, State police, National Guards and of course those black SUV's.. FBI, ATF...ect.

All running to the problem while others ran away from the problem. None knew the actual situation yet.. How could they? but they were cruising in and out of traffic as fast as they could to help people and find who was responsible.

Ask the people running out of Grand Central if they like cops. I know I was happy to see them.

It is funny, I work in NYC.. and you see cops everyday, uniformed ones. Then something happens and in a few minutes there are 100's of them there...uniformed, undercover. Helicopters, ect ect. it seems as though they come out of nowhere... and really fast.

God bless them.

Read about the incident in the newspaper today in Scotland.

I've got to say the police are good guys. My nephew is one and does a hell of a job

My family was calling each other to make sure we weren't there.

Good for mall security and cops for stopping him. Granted he had a toy gun, but no one knew that

Police Officers did what they had to do.. You call in and threaten to use a gun on police officers and not expect them to shoot back with real bullets.. Then it is due to like this guy he wanted cops to shoot him.. He got his wish.. as far as I see it treat it like it was real and put him under the jail...
