They are out here, but it is more likely to meet someone in the course of every day life. You live in Gainesville. I'm sure there must be plenty of things to do and places to meet people. Internet "dating" sites are just another tool in the belt and not a very useful tool if you ask me.

To be honest, you have to be patient. Maybe there will be a pot of gold. But then there is dating websites, where especially guys pay a bomb for getting in contact with someone. Winners and loosers everywhere so to speak.

There are people here who are genuinely searching, but thanks to the proclivity of bots and scammers, there are very few of us active in the forums. Now many come here just to socialize instead, which I find sad because this actually was a good dating site with some inspiring success stories. |

There are people here who are genuinely searching, but thanks to the proclivity of bots and scammers, there are very few of us active in the forums. Now many come here just to socialize instead, which I find sad because this actually was a good dating site with some inspiring success stories. I just wish there were some guys in my age range within 50 miles of me on here... Most of the profiles that come up when I search those parameters are guys who haven't been on here in over a month...
